“ Great late night street taco spot. It's towards the edge of the Centro. The tacos are purely pork. I really enjoyed the chicharron because of the crunch. The sauce is a bit on the spicy side, but it's very nice, esp with the lime. There will be a line, but it goes really quicky. They will ask you what you want, whether you want sauce on the tacos, and then they'll tell you the amount to pay. After paying (cash only), they'll give you a number. Soon, you'll get those delicious tacos!! As typical of street tacos, you will be eating them while standing. Fortunately for you, there is a small ledge on the taco cart to put your plate on if you need to. There is also a sink with soap if you need to wash your hands. ”
“ I came by here one night because I had been told that the food here is really good. They have a very limited menu and the only meat option is pork. I basically tried one of everything. Two tosatadas, two tacos and one torta. I will say they were all very good but the one thing that stood out to me was the tostadas. Those were the best to me. I liked the tacos and the torta but they did feel a little dry, especially the torta, even though it had sauce inside. Also, there is a rather long line that forms but it moves by real quick. I was surprised! People order fast and they don't order much either. You can take it to go or eat it there. They have a section behind the food truck where you can put your food down and eat it standing. It's very convenient. The workers are also really nice and efficient at what they do. They have some music playing while you're eating and it isn't too loud which I also enjoyed. ”
“ The best tacos we had in Oaxaca. We arrived a little before opening at 8 pm and waited under 10 minutes to order and get our tacos. Tried both the Pierre and chicharron but just like everyone else said, the chicharron was our favorite. A little crunch and moist meat all together. The taco stand is differentiated by a pink neon lit pig sign and is easy to find by google maps. 17 pesos for ONE taco (not 8 as someone told us in line lol). Yummy! CASH only ”

Whilst we were here, we saw quite a few folks finish their tacos and obediently queue up for seconds and thirds So yeah, don't miss this!
